We offer permanent staffing solutions to our clients, and our professional fees for all positions is 8.33% and 10% of the annual CTC of the candidate placed.
Invoice will be raised once a candidate joins the organization. Payment needs to be made within 30 Days from date of candidate joining the organization
A free replacement will be provided in case of any candidate’s leaving job within 60 days from joining date. No replacement.
Our agreement will remain in effect until one party gives written notice of discontinuation or renewal is agreed upon by both parties with new terms and conditions. For candidates selected from CVs submitted during the validity of this agreement, charges will be in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the agreement.
All applicable local taxes will be applied to the total invoice value. In the event of any changes in the local statutory contributions, necessary adjustments would be implemented in the payment and invoicing process.
The Client should identify if the candidate referred to them is suitable for employment, as there is no liability for any claim for loss, expense, damage or delay as a result of our referral or the Client's employment of a candidate.
